Commissioner Chow Yat-ming (seventh right, front row) presented Valedictory Letters, Certificates of Exemplary Service and retirement souvenirs to 81 police officers and civilian staff members at a presentation ceremony held on February 27 for their exceptionally long and loyal services. The Commissioner thanked the retiring officers for dedicating to duties over the years, upholding the professionalism of the Force, and safeguarding Hong Kong.
