A delegation from the Police College (College) visited the People’s Police Academy and the People’s Police College I of Vietnam on May 21 and 22 respectively. Both sides exchanged views on topics such as strengthening police training exchanges, optimising teaching methodologies, and enhancing the professional capabilities of law enforcement officers.

Moreover, instructors from the Detective Training Centre of the College and instructors from two Vietnamese police training institutions conducted a professional exchange. Instructors from Hong Kong delivered a thematic sharing session on criminal investigation for the People’s Police Academy of Vietnam, covering police training pathways, bridging courses for detective investigation, application of technology in detective training, as well as tackling deception and technology crime.

The exchange not only fostered professional knowledge sharing between the police training institutions of both places, but also further reinforced the friendship and partnership between both sides.
