To further deepen the integrity culture within the Force, the Service Quality Wing introduced the Annual Integrity Management (IM) Quiz to regular officers on June 1, 2025, and extended it to auxiliary officers in January 2026.

Starting from June 1, 2026, the Quiz is fully rolled out across the Force. All civilian officers can answer ten multiple-choice questions on IM topics covering areas such as acceptance of advantage, conflict of interest and discipline matters etc. via the “iSubmit” system.

The Quiz aims to reinforce civilian officers’ knowledge on integrity-related laws, regulations and key issues. After each question, the system will provide explanations and the relevant legal provisions and orders instantly to help officers grasp and understand the relevant core IM concepts. Officers’ performance and quiz results will remain confidential, and will not in any way affect their performance reports.

Some civilian officers who completed the Quiz early commended that the design of the system was user-friendly, and noted that the questions are highly relevant to their work, effectively raising their awareness and alertness to integrity matters.

Civilian officers appreciate that the Quiz is effective in reinforcing their IM awareness.
