At the invitation of Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA), the Traffic New Territories South (T NTS) led a 6-member delegation to hold two sharing talks about traffic accident investigation on July 13 and 15. The General Manager of the Airfield Department of the AA Mr Albert Ho and over 100 officers of the AA attended the talks.

The talks covered the characteristics of Hong Kong roads, the Road Traffic Ordinance, the regulation of driving behavior by law, the handling of traffic accidents involving special purpose vehicles operating at the Airport, as well as the investigation and procedures of the Force.

Moreover, two Assistant Managers of the Airfield Department of the AA completed an 11-day Traffic Accident Investigation Course provided by the Force on July 16 in order to enable relevant personnel to pass on their experience in handling apron traffic accidents.
