The Police College held the “Trainer as a Coach” workshops, inviting Police Clinical Psychologists of the Psychological Services Group as instructors. The workshops covered fundamental coaching knowledge and practical scenario-based exercises, meeting the daily operational needs of personnel involved in training duties. By assuming the coaching role during training, the participants were inspired and motivated.
