The application exercise for scholarships, bursaries and grants from the Police Children’s Education Trust (PCET) and the Police Education & Welfare Trust (PE&WT) for 2026-27 has commenced and the deadline is October 26.

The two trusts give financial assistance to the full-time education and welfare activities of police children. Grants under compassionate consideration have been extended to cover children at nurseries. Grants for special needs children, which provide assistance to those receiving Disability Allowance, have also been expanded to cover children with special educational needs.

Applicants for scholarships and bursaries can download relevant information and application forms from the Personnel Services and Staff Relations (PS&SR) Branch website at Police Intranet (POINT) or Police Public Page. After completing the application forms, please send them with supporting documents to Secretariat, PCET and PE&WT, c/o PS&SR Branch, 38/F, Arsenal House, Police Headquarters, 1 Arsenal Street, Wan Chai before the deadline; or deliver the documents in person to the PCET and PE&WT Secretariat Collection Box at the public area on 1/F of Police Headquarters.

Applications for or enquires about Grants under compassionate consideration and Grants for special needs children should be made through respective Regional Welfare Offices.
