Telford troopers
 Officers receive their accolades from the MTRC and Telford Gardens owners |
The MTRC and Telford Gardens Owners' Committee presented silver plates to Sau Mau Ping District Commander Lau Sik-tim, Ngau Tau Kok Divisional Commander Chau Kwok-leung and other officers on September 17 in recognition of their efforts in handling an assault case.
On August 27, Police Constables Chan Tsz-lok and Yip Man-ho rushed to a convenience store in the estate and arrested two men with the help of four security guards and a civilian.
The two suspects were believed to have also been involved in an earlier 'head-bashing' robbery and three more men were arrested as a result. Mr Lau also presented commendation letters to the PCs and the civilians who assisted in the arrests.
