The Personnel Services Branch Travel Desk has arranged with British Airways special airfares at HK$24,200 (3 economy class tickets) for members of the Force and their families.
British Airways
Student Fares: Total 30kg baggage allowance ex-Hong Kong. A special rate of $110 per kg for any excess baggage. Parents can use one of the tickets. Ticket valid until April 30, 2004. Children pay 75% of the adult fare. Ticketing deadline is September 30, 2003.
Special Round Trip Fare to London for Force Staff and Families:
Peak season $7,600, low season $7,100 (black out dates: September 1-10, 2003, and January 1-10, 2004) Offer valid until December 31, 2003.
Special airfares by Cathay Pacific Airways and Virgin Atlantic Airways at $24,900 (three economy classs tickets) are also available at two Travel Desk Appointed Agents - Charming Holidays and Miramar Express.
Cathay Pacific Airways
Baggage Allowance ex-Hong Kong (Charming Holidays - 40 kg; Miramar Express - 35 kg). Parents can use one of the tickets. Miscellaneous Charges Order with value $500 per bundle. Ticketing deadline is June 30, 2003.
Virgin Atlantic Airways
30 kg baggage allowance per trip. Parents can use one of the tickets. Ticket Validity : HKG / LON- not valid after April 30, 2004; LON / HKG- 6 months after departure
