Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau Director, Mr Wu Zhiming, led a five-member delegation to visit Commissioner Mr Tsang Yam-pui recently.
During the meeting, Mr Tsang briefed Mr Wu on the computerisation of the Force - the operation of the PEN and POINT systems.
