Thanks for a helping hand |

In February 2002, Mainland resident Mr Qin Shengzhi and his two children visited Hong Kong with the intention of taking part in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon. Unfortunately, all their money was stolen shortly after they arrived and he would have been unable to participate but for the help given him by officers of Tsim Sha Tsui Division. This year, Mr Qin again visited Hong Kong for the Marathon. But he took time out to call on Yau Tsim District Commander, Mr Kevin Woods, to thank him for his officers' caring and helpful attitude, and present him with a banner acknowledging exemplary 'service to the public'.
