Headmasters of Baptist Kindergarten and So Sum Memorial Nursery in Tuen Mun recently presented banners and appreciation letters to Castle Peak Divisional Commander, Mr Pang Kwok-fai, to thank him for his officers' efforts and speedy action in the arrest of a suspect in connection with a series of criminal damage cases.
