Appeal for information on missing boy (with photo)

Police today (August 17) appealed to members of the public for information on the whereabouts of a boy who went missing in North Point this month.

The missing boy Cheung Kin-ho, aged 12, left his father on Tsat Tsz Mui Road, North Point at noon on August 12 and has not returned home since then. His family made a report to the Police on August 13.

Standing about 1.50 metres and weighing about 45 kilograms, he is of thin build. He has a sharp face with yellow complexion and has short black straight hair. He wears a pair of green-framed glasses.

He was wearing a dark grey shirt, a pair of dark grey trousers, a pair of black boots and carrying a blue rucksack when last seen.

Police urge anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing boy to contact investigating officers of Regional Missing Person Unit, Hong Kong Island on 2860 1040 or any police station.
