Appeal for information on missing man (with photo)

Police today (April 16) appealed to members of the public for information on a man who went missing in Wong Tai Sin.

Lam Lap Man, aged 50, was a patient of the Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital. He was found leaving the hospital without authority in the morning on April 7 and failed to return since then. A report was then made to the Police.

He stands about 1.69 metres and is of thin build. He has a sharp face and short black hair. He was last seen wearing the patient uniform of the Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital when missing, which included a blue coat, a green checker shirt and a pair of green checker pants.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon East on 2703 2335 or 2703 2321.
