Appeal for information on indecent assault (with photo)

Police are looking for a male suspect in connection with an indecent assault case occurred in Western District last month (May).

At 2.40 pm on May 28, a 10-year-old girl was grabbed by a man from behind in Kwun Lung Lau. The man then dragged the girl to the end of a corridor where she was indecently assaulted.

Standing about 1.7 metres, the suspect is about 45 to 50 years old and of medium build. He has a long face with pimple scars and short black hair. He was wearing a pair of sneakers and a pair of pale white trousers at the time of the incident.

Police urged anyone who has information on the case or the whereabouts of the suspect to contact the District Crime Squad of Western District at 2859 4259 or Police Station of Western Division at 2859 4227.
