Appeal for information on missing woman (with photo)

Police today (June 26) appealed to members of the public for information on the whereabouts of a woman who went missing in Yuen Long in March 2006.

The 96-year-old woman, Tang Lin, left her home on Tai Tong Road in Yuen Long on March 4, 2006. Her son made a report on the same date. Initial enquiries revealed that Tang Lin was last seen outside a multiple store on Kau Yuk Road in Yuen Long on March 1, 2006.

Standing about 1.52 metres, she has a squared face, short grey hair and is of thin build.

Anyone who has information on the missing woman is urged to contact the Regional Missing Persons Unit of New Territories North on 2666 4499.
