Man charged with murder

Police today (August 13) charged a 20-year-old man with one count of murder.

The man was arrested in connection with a murder case in which a 19-year-old man with multiple cut wounds on his chest, back and hands died at the staircase in a hotel on Tai Chung Kiu Road in Sha Tin on the night of August 11.

An autopsy conducted today revealed that the man died of cut wounds on the chest.

The man will appear in Sha Tin Magistrates' Courts tomorrow (August 14).
