Let’s vibe together this October! The Narcotics Bureau is beyond excited to present its first-ever large-scale event, Anti-Crime Elite Games 2025, co-organised with 4 other Force crime units#, at the West Kowloon Cultural District on 18 and 19 October!
City-Wide Anti-Drug Promotion Truck
Hitting the road for the Anti-Drug Campaign 2025, the Promotion Truck, themed “Sports for All, No Drugs at All”, will go on an 11-day surprise tour across the territory between 2 and 12 October. Featuring the all-new “Mighty Cat’s Bike Motion Game”, paired with drug scent simulations, the Promotion Truck will introduce Hong Kong’s first-ever “4 Sense Anti-Drug Sports Experience” to disseminate the message of “Drugs? Never, Ever!”, both inside and out!

Surprises await at our anti-drug zone! Explore 20 splendid booths filled with a fantastic lineup of anti-drug interactive sports games, all created by 100 talented mentees from the fourth cohort of the Leadership Institute on Narcotics (“L.I.O.N.”)! Enjoy the Fest, grab cool swag—and vote for your favorite booth!
Don’t forget—our anti-drug mascot, Mighty Cat, along with his friends No-No and Sneaky Rat, plus mascots of the other crime units, are ready to surprise you with fun across all 5 anti-crime zones! So, why wait? Come stand firm with us: “Drugs? Never, ever”!

This year’s highlight, “Mighty Cat’s Bike Motion Game”, lets you ride as our anti-drug mascot, Mighty Cat, to outsmart the pitfalls of etomidate. It’s the ultimate test of your anti-drug knowledge, reaction and speed—are you up for it? Step inside the truck to bust drug myths! From there, be an “Etomidate No-No”! Plus, don’t miss Mighty Cat’s surprise show-ups and check-ins for a special gift!

Mighty Cat’s Diary—Episode 9: The Online Scam Within (Part 1)
Little Sheep scrolls through social media in search for casual work and gets invited to join a group offering “easy money” for simple parcel collection. But thanks to Mighty Cat’s sharp eye for spotting the red flags and uncovering the truth— it’s just a common tactic used by criminals to lure youths into drug trafficking—Little Sheep successfully sidesteps the trap!
Here’s a reminder from Mighty Cat and No-No: Promises of “Easy money” with low-risk, high-return are scams. Stay sharp—any person (including minors) involved in drug trafficking or exploiting youths for such activities, may face serious legal consequences, such as long-term imprisonment. Never, ever get involved in drug offences!
