The Road Safety Council's "Road Safety Council 50th Anniversary Carnival" was successfully held on November 26, 2023 at the HarbourChill in Wan Chai.

Artist Raymond Cho Wing Lim served as the M.C. for the opening ceremony of the "Road Safety Council 50th Anniversary Carnival." Miss Hong Kong champion Anne Heung and Hong Kong's first female driver who won the "Hong Kong Touring Car Championship Challenge" N2000 category, Denise Yeung, were appointed as Road Safety Ambassador (Promotion) and Road Safety Ambassador (Knowledge) respectively. They will assist in disseminating road safety messages and sharing road safety tips. The ceremony was officiated by the Chairman of the Road Safety Council and Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) CHOW Yat Ming, Joe, Chairman of the Road Safety Research Committee and Deputy Director of Transport Department (Planning and Technical Services) HO Kwong Hang, Patrick, and Chairman of the Road Safety Campaign Committee Karin WONG.

There were a number of booths in the venue, including virtual reality games etc., it was hoped that participants could learn correct road safety knowledge through the games and became responsible road users.
