On July 17, 2025, the Traffic Branch Headquarters, together with the Road Safety Council, Road Safety Team of Traffic Hong Kong Island, Wai Yin Association and the elderly, visited the Citybus Chai Wan Chong Fu Road Depot to promote elderly pedestrian safety.
During the event, the elderly actively participated in blind spot experience activities and road safety lecture. Guests distributed a series of road safety souvenirs and leaflets to the elderly. "Champion" guest Miss Anne Heung interacted with the elderly to promote road safety and safe bus travel messages.
The Traffic Branch Headquarters hopes to enhance the elderly's road safety awareness through the event, reminding them to “Keep Your Cool on the Road – Stay Alert, Stay Alive” so as to reduce traffic accidents.
