All Eyes and Ears

Patient: I have a slight problem and would like to hear your opinion.

Doctor: I am all eyes and ears.

Patient: Pardon me?

Doctor: I mean I am giving you my full attention to hear what you have to say about your problem. “All eyes and ears”, or simply “all ears” is an idiom that means listening and watching eagerly and carefully. So now you can speak your mind.
