File Designing Competition 2013

Staring at this sparkling trophy, I then closed my eyes and flashbacks started.

I first joined JPC in Secondary 3. Before that, I had taken for granted that JPC was only for tough boys who are capable of catching thieves and marching like a policeman. I have been a member of the Scout Association and thought that joining JPC would be duplication. Yet I was totally wrong.

JPC is another new world to me. It broadens my horizons and brought me varieties of fun activities, ranging from treasure hunts to File Designing Competition. I was profoundly appealed to the latter one because I used to sketch on my files with a marker pen. This time I could really design a unique one! Very luckily a great idea appeared in my mind — balloons! To me, JPC is like a balloon soaring through the air, carrying three wishes, namely crime tackling, anti-drug abuse and social services, revolving around improvements in the Yuen Long community.

I felt extraordinarily excited when I knew I won the champion, since I had never won any award in painting. I would make good use of the book coupon to boost my painting skills, such as buying related books. This competition certainly proves my ability and builds up my confidence in arts.
