Jockey Club "Synergy For Great" Programme Bring Your Own Pets X Sunny & Zander Charity Run

The Animal Watchers Programme (AWP) held the “Bring Your Own Pets X Sunny & Zander Charity Run” on December 21, 2024 at the Pak Sha Wan Waterfront Park and Promenade in Tai Po, attracting over 1,000 citizens to join the fun with their beloved dogs. During the event, 333 dog owners and their dogs set the world record for “Most People Kissing Dogs Simultaneously” witnessed by the official adjudicator of the World Record Association.

The venue will feature numerous game booths and various performances, including shooting and curling, as well as instant photo opportunities and food stalls. The 3-kilometre obstacle run will include multiple challenges where pet owners must navigate inflatable obstacles, cross tyre fields, pass through mazes, and face various physical tests alongside their pets. The event also showcased several performances, including Police Band playing Christmas songs, Police dog displays and puppet dancing.
