She also praised the Hong Kong Police mobile training team for their professionalism and dedication to excellence. She said that the Force would continue to organise the mobile tactics training course with a view to contributing to the operational safety of their counterparts in the Mainland. She also expressed gratitude to Heilongjiang Public Security Bureau (PSB) and the Police Liaison Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for their support.

During their stay in Heilongjiang, the Force delegation also visited Heilongjiang Police College and met the management of Heilongjiang PSB and the College. Both sides recognised the results of the reciprocal study programmes of the police authorities of the Mainland and Hong Kong, and also discussed further co-operation in other training aspects.
