On September 3, Eastern District Commander Rupert Dover presented certificates to Duty Officer (DO) Team 2 of North Point Division (NPDIV), which was recognised as the Best DO Team of the North Point Police Station in a public survey. Mr Dover encouraged all district staff to serve the public in the same professional spirit as the commended team.

In the Project RAPPORT ROOM initiated by NPDIV in July and August, two post-secondary summer interns were commissioned to conduct a survey with 135 citizens who had used the service of the police report room. DO Team 2 was commended for their service quality. Other findings of the survey also provided valuable reference for the enhancement of the report room.
