To better prepare inspectors for the upcoming promotion interviews, the Hong Kong Police Inspectors' Association held the "Officers' Promotion Wisdom Forum" for the first time at the Police Headquarters on February 1.


Three senior officers shared their experience in preparing for promotion interviews with thought provoking questions. Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Siu Chak-yee talked about interview techniques and reminded the attendees to be polite, meticulous and relaxed in the interviews. Chief Superintendent of the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch Cheung Kin-kwong highlighted the importance of integrity management in the Force while Senior Superintendent of Crime Headquarters Wong Chung-chun shared skills in preparing for the interviews.


Over 200 Chief Inspectors and Senior Inspectors attended the forum. The event ended with a round of applause.
