PC Pang Hin-sing captured the Men's Overall Individual Champion while Inspector Lam Suet emerged as the Women's Overall Individual Champion for the third consecutive year.

Meanwhile, the Police Swimming Club (PSC) for the first time ran a relay race for mentees of the Police. Mentorship Programme, who were students from four universities, to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Chairman of the PSC Mr Ho Ka-fei thanked all the participants for supporting the gala, and hoped they would continue to excel themselves in swimming events next year.

Earlier on August 19, some 500 Force members and their family members took part in the Water Carnival held by the PSC at the Police Sports and Recreation Club. Apart from water sports games, the carnival also featured age group competitions as well as family fun games and group contests for children and their parents. The PSC thanked Marine Police Octans Volunteers Team for their support in the carnival, and was pleased with the positive feedback from the participants.
