Appeal for information on missing man (with photo)

Police today (April 18) appealed to members of the public for information on the whereabouts of a man who went missing in North Point earlier this month.

The missing man Chau Chie-wah, aged 84, left his residence on 560 King's Road in the morning of April 15 and has failed to return since then. His family member made a report to the Police on the same day.

Standing about 1.67 metres and weighing about 45.5 kilograms, Chau is of thin built. He has a pointed face with yellow complexion and short white hair. He was wearing light colour stripe shirt, a grey vest and a pair of dark colour trousers when last seen.

Police urged anyone who has information on the whereabouts of the missing man to contact investigating officers of Regional Missing Person Unit, Hong Kong Island on 2860 1044 or any police station.
