Physical Fitness Test will take around half a day at the Police College or Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force Headquarters. Please refer to the Fitness for details.
The selection interview consists of self-introduction and group discussion
The following attributes of a candidate will be assessed during the Selection Interview:

- Power and Manner of Speech
- Maturity
- Common Sense
- Self-confidence
- Self-discipline
- Determination
- General Police Knowledge
- Analytical Power
- Knowledge of Auxiliary Police Basic Training
After the Final Interview Board, candidates may be arranged for Integrity Checks, Psychometric Test and Medical Examination (including Urine Drug Test).
The whole recruitment process is expected to last for around 14 weeks, depending on the number of applicants. Appointment will be offered to those applicants found most suitable for the post of Police Constable (Auxiliary), subject to vacancies arise.
