Staff Relations Hotline: 2866-7519 |
THE Staff Relations Hotline is one of the services provided by the Staff Relations Group. During office hours, the hotline is manned by staff under the supervision of Joseph Au-Yeung, SIP Internal Communications, Staff Relations. After office hours, callers to the hotline can leave their messages with a telephone answering machine. Staff manning the hotline will try their very best to reply to the enquirer on the first working day after the call is made. If you have questions on conditions of service, staff welfare of recent Force policy, you can make an enquiry with the hotline. In accordance with the Force Internal Service Level Agreement of the Personnel Wing, every effort will be made to have Staff Relations Hotline enquiries answered instantly. However, queries on complicated matters that necessitate some research may obviously take longer. To ensure the hotline is run effectively without being abused, you are requested to make your point clear while making your enquiry and leave a contact number. |
